Cancellation Policy

For single instructor bookings a cancellation received inside 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, inside 24 hours it's a full 100% charge.
For multiple instructor bookings a cancellation received inside 7 days will incur a 50% charge, inside 4 days it's a full 100% charge. Note: If you are cancelling one instructor out of a multiple booking, the single instructor policy applies.
For School Group lessons we will now be invoicing upon booking and lessons will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you need to change a booking we can't guarantee that it will be possible, but please call us and we will do our very best to help
